Mayura Temple (Mayura Temple)
Mayura which means Bird Peacock in Sanskrit is the name of a park located in Cakranegara, built by AA Made Karangasem in 1744. However, in 1866 the park was renovated by King AA Ngurah Karangasem Mataram and changed its name to Taman Mayura. In the midst of the garden there is a floating building that is called Bale Kambang used to judge a case in the Dutch colonial era.

Meru Temple (Pura Meru)
Pura Meru is a great and admirable work of the people of Balinese, located opposite to Taman Mayura. It was built in 1720. The location of this temple is in the town center of Cakranegara. For many tourists, Pura Meru is one of very interesting and beautiful temple to see. It was built for the purpose of worship places of Hindus in Lombok

Pura Meru is easy to reach by many public transport and located close to the hotels, both star and budged class. Here, there are a lot of public transport through it apart from taxi with relatively cheap rates. Or you could use "Cidomo", a well-known traditional vehicle in Lombok.
